Job Description:

The Candidate will be required to work night shifts, 5 days a week and will be reporting to the Manager - Events Management Team. As a vital member of this team, the person would be primarily involved in Hosting Webinars of GlobalCompliancePanel. To elaborate further, the person would be:

  • Extensively using WebEx (or any other similar solution provider should we decide to change) for scheduling & rescheduling webinars; managing invites; managing the entire event as a host; webinar recording, editing & uploading; etc..
  • Supporting and Coordinating with Panelists for Events assigned while maintaining a good relationship with them.
  • Supporting the Customer Service Team with Webinar related queries.
  • Assisting Customers before and (of course) during the Webinars to make sure of their satisfaction.

Desired Candidate Profile:
